We’ve begun the process of hospice for my grandmother, and as a family we’ve been trying to navigate so much on our own. Amy (liaison) has been an absolute angel in helping my mother and family throughout everything.
My mom passed recently and it’s been tough on us as it is for almost any family. What made it easier was Danniell and Breanna. They both cared for our Mom with compassion and empathy. Losing a loved one is not easy, and I’m still grieving, but as I look back, both were shining lights in what was an otherwise tough ordeal. Thanks to you both. Your kindness and compassion helped. It really did.
We were fortunate to have the quality caregivers at Beacon Hospice, Fall River, help Dad pass in 2021. We were blessed that the same exceptional team was available to help Mom, in late 2023. In both cases, my parents required 9 months of reliable service, constant medication changes and increasing care. Beacon Hospice providers worked seamlessly with other care provider vendors once we needed 24 hr help. Most highly recommend and commend.
It's nice to read a positive review about this organization. In the state of CT they have a horrible star rating which reflects the sub par services that they provided to my family. They should be ashamed !
The multiple staff members we have had care for my father are superior and I am beyond grateful for their support, compassionate and dedication to this field. It takes a special person (or Angel) to work in this profession and that is what I feel they all have been to myself, my Dad, and my family.
