Verified Renter I am a future resident. I will be moving in Dec 16, 2024. I am SUPER excited. So far my experience has been beyond phenomenal. I worked with Stephanie as the leasing agent. She has been amazing. She has great communication skills. Our tour was so informative that we applied immediately after. We had toured other communities but this tour we different, we felt at home. The application process went smoothly and we were approved within days.

Verified Renter Lived here for 3 years. It’s a great neighborhood, but I think the community has gone downhill. I write this review as someone who tired of putting in work orders for things outside my dwelling space. There are a lot of things I think should be handled without reminders including maintenance walking the property daily to see everything is in order. It shouldn’t take multiple reminders from residents to do things.

Verified Renter Great complex! The staff is friendly and resolves issues in a timely manner. I’ve been a resident for a year and a half. The apartment complex is clean. Management keeps us abreast of any issues and provide community events occasionally.
