Verified Renter I've had an amazing experience living here thus far! The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The management team is responsive and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. Stephanie was the leasing agent who help me and she's amazing! The building itself is quiet and clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home!

Verified Renter I’ve only not felt safe once while living here for a whole year. I absolutely hate the app for door access. It’s unsafe and it doesn’t always work. Also hate that it’s not very clean. Dog poop everywhere in grass outside.

Verified Renter Very welcoming, clean and professional. 4/5 however it was a confusing as to financial obligations that led me to take out extra student loans unanticipated. My initial document were received and processed with the additional funds so it was very dreadful but the manage did a phenomenal job to situate all matters.
Verified Renter Everything seems to be in good in good condition so far in out apartment. The community is great. But the elevator near the NE exit door smells funny. And if possible that we could get our own key card for the parking gates and security doors, it would be a great help for me and my wife. Thank you
Verified Renter This place is ok. Not the greatest. The gates are always having technical issues something that needs to definitely be replaced. There’s a call box that doesn’t work either. It’s annoying to know that visitors can just come in as long as another car is passing through the gate. It isn’t a timed gate where it only allows one car.
