The website isn’t truthful about there resort. This isn’t a resort. There is no phone in the room no room service or way to contact the main office. They don’t help with ur luggage. Staff are not friendly or helpful. There is no direct beach access as explained online. No beach at all u can’t enter the ocean. Only a deck. The property could be cleaner. No working elevator that was next to our room it was out of service. We had to walk far with luggage. We left and went to another resort and they one was exactly as described ... read more

The view was awsome but the facility is poorly managed. Paid over $1000 a night for a beach access ocean view room. Garbage on the beach and in the water, sea weed everywhere making the beach unusable the entire time Elevator didn't work the hole time. Security gates don't lock. No room service. No room cleaning unless requested. No coffees pods and the ones they have you can't buy on your own. Pillows are so old and flat we had to use the ones off the couch. We had the most relaxing time in a long while in our four days stay. Great place, not too busy enough people, but not too many. John was a wonderful server while we Lounged around the pool and relaxed. The food at the tavern was amazing! We had breakfast every day there and dinner a couple times. Excellently prepared and served, it was a fantastic experience. They don’t have a shuttle to pick you up from the airport, but they do have a free shuttle to take you into town and pick you up all in all. It really was the most rela... read more

My whole family would like a huge shout out to the entire staff at the beach side very accommodating and thank you very much for the wheelchair for the week. We definitely will recommend in return soon. Thank you so much for a wonderful week and a shout out to the Pool side bar as well.
