Overall, things are a bit worn. The bathroom trim is warped, the elevator - not dependable, the pool lounge chairs not in good condition. The staff was helpful. The shuttle service was great, and the location is ideal.
The apartments at Beachside Resort & Residences are absolutely amazing! My family and I (5 adults) stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and the chairs, the bed, and the tubs and showers were all upscale. I did not feel like I was in a hotel, but rather a luxury home. The Staff were exceptionally accommodating, and simply accessible via phone text. The pool and jacuzzi were well maintained, and there was plenty of covered parking on the property.
