In 2022, I paid $100 as a down payment for some dental work. However, I had to cancel the appointment as I was going to move to another state. I called them to give me a refund and they said they would. I never received the refund and now their office is completely closed with no way to contact them. Seems like they have a practice of constantly ripping people off from the reviews I've read.
This dental office is in my insurance network. They charged my credit card over 3x what I was responsible for and even though they received my EOB's they refused to reimburse what was owed to me until after a lengthy review. It took almost 9 months to have the full $2,000 that I overpaid to be refunded to me. Stay away from this business.
I wrote a negative review about this business once already, and know what they did? They claimed I was a former "disgruntled employee" in order to have my negative review removed (successfully). I see they have no reviews, so I wonder how many times they've pulled this clever and deceitful trick to discredit customers who are trying to share their negative experiences and save others from suffering similarly. I've been meaning to leave this review for quite some time. This dentist is so amazing that I don't even live in SB, but go out of my way to see him. He's professional, honest, and genuinely cares about his patients! My only complaint is that he doesn't have an office closer to me anymore!
Best experience at Beachside Dental as always! Dr. Savidan does the cleaning himself, is gentle and teeth look and feel smooth and clean. His staff members are caring and pleasant as well as efficient. They never try to push you into things you do not need and will take the time to answer questions and be honest. The office Is a relaxing place to be. We look forward to our visits!
I was nervous about my tooth extraction but Dr. Savidan did such a great job! It was so quick and completely painless. Thank you Beachside!
