Have been coming to Redington Beach for over 20 years wish I joined sooner. Great spot only a 10 min walk from our place. This gym has lots of cardio equipment and free weights and weight machines as well as bosu balls, bands, heavy bag, medicine balls & TRX. Membership for two weeks is very reasonable. Classes are extra if interested in attending yoga or boot camps.
This is my all time favorite place to workout. I always get the best pump here !!!
