Fantastic staff and plenty of machines and equipment! The personal trainers are phenomenal, I train with Julius and he is the best trainer I've ever had.
Small gym however, just about any machine you want is in there. Gym members appear to clean equipment and machines before and after use. I typically go early before staff comes in, so cannot comment on staff at all. I will say the gym members are very nice and very pleasant to workout around.

Yes. Excellent facility. They have a big gym with to s of equipment and a dance studio for group classes.
I enjoy this gym because I never have to worry about anything. Nobody is there, to judge me, or watch me and make me feel weird, nobody talks to me, and best of all I usually get the pick of what I want to use that day. I can have my headphones and get in my zone. The only issue I have had is sometimes my key fob is wonky. I also like the shorts I bought there, I wear them all the time.
