Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good equipment, clean , perfect for what I need !! My son Lou Hondo Wbff Pro , Muscle Model found it during his visit down here and we went and checked it out. The rest is history, I’m a member now. Good enough for him, definitely good enough for me 🏋🏻♂️💪🏼🇺🇸🇺🇸
This is a great facility. Not too big, intimate and friendly. The staff, owners and even their regular clientele are friendly, helpful and so supportive even when your simply a visitor 2-3 times per year. I would highly recommend this facility for all your workout needs while visiting or as a local 👍🏼💪🏼
It was nice to find a clean gym with a good energy while on vacation the last couple weeks. Very friendly staff and good vibe. I will definitely be back this summer.

We are from Maine and vacationing in Indian Shores for two weeks and needed a place to workout. I walked in and was warmly greeted and given a tour. The sign up was painless and very reasonable. Gym was extremely clean and though I did my own thing, what staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. Very diverse crowd. Everyone from beginners to advanced. I have to work around a knee replacement and a couple old injuries. They had plenty of what I needed to do that with. Fantastic for what I needed. We come here to vacation ... read more
