Given that we were both raised as part of family-run businesses, We try to support local family-run businesses in the Beach as much as possible. This store is a real gem, run by two brothers who are kind, warm, lovely humans. They also have excellent staff who are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Good Beaches, local health, food store, well stocked and knowledgable staff
I am sorry to say I slept on this place for the first couple of years I lived in the neighbourhood. These guys are fantastic. Excellent selection (the store is much bigger than it looks from the outside) and the prices are competitive with online outlets let alone other local stores. Very friendly and accommodating service. A Beaches gem.
The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and if they don’t have the product, they will get it for you and call you when it’s in!
Starting a new phase of my health journey and thanks to the help at the store. They were so helpful finding all of my needs !!
