I had my review at a 1 star because of issues with me getting new tires and multiple trips and then my center cap on my F250 wasnt secured or maybe even broken when my tires were replaced and flew off after I left - but Vannah was the ONLY employee that assisted making the issue right and I really appreciate her effort. Management had zero concern over my issue so shame on them. Thank you Vannah! I will continue coming back only because of your customer service!
Sales was ok service advisors are terrible I have had my vehicle in several times and always a problem scheduling and even though it's a $93000.00 Expedition platinum max they want the vehicle between 1/2' day to a full day but they won't give me a loaner without going to sales management a pleating my case and then only about 1/3 of the time they give me one,I called Cavalier Ford and even though I didn't buy it from them they agreed to give me a loaner anytime I drop it off and it doesn't matter what the service is
They Are unprofessional, ran my card multiple times without permission. I purchased parts months ago and paid in full. Picked up parts next day and from when they took the money. 3 weeks later the money comes back to my account. 3 m later they finally ask for there money back by just taking money out of my account. this place is a joke and I will never do business with them again. we own a fleet of box trucks all purchased from Chevrolet! I highly recommend them, save yourself and do the same.
The communication with Ford, specifically Jonathan, was horrible. He never updated me, I had to constantly ask him for updates. I was sent multiple emails asking me to “approve” the ordering or parts for my car, but I was never informed on what each part was for. I was having work done for damage being covered for insurance, work to fix some recalls on my vehicle covered by warranty, as well as maintenance out of pocket.
