Me husband and I have attempted to contact this company because they also deal with a man that we rented from. His name, Carlos Carruyo; we attempted reaching him many times. He owes us our deposit when we rented from him. And me husband found out he has done this to many peoples too. He refuses to give us our deposit when nothing was wrong with the room a year ago.
I am a lender and I worked with Shad at Beach Club Brokers. The purchase was tricky because the buyers were self employed and Covid affected their businesses. We were able to close on the property after restructuring the deal to get the buyer qualified. Having Shad's help made it possible. He was very knowledgeable and connected.
