This clinic’s treatment of patients after payment is unacceptable. After my surgery and treatments, I was ignored, disrespected, and made to wait hours just to request basic invoices. Instead of professionalism, I was met with dismissive attitudes and zero accountability. They were quick to take my money, but once the procedures were done, I was treated as though I no longer mattered. Highly disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this clinic. I went to Dr Brad Thomas in 2020 after being told I had a torn labrum. He told me my shoulder would never be the same again if I did not get surgery. What he did not tell me was that my shoulder would also never get better even after the surgery and years of physical therapy. Things are not getting better. That is I can hardly walk dye to pain in my legs However they are trying to help me and are courteous and smart.

Dr. Mealer is very attentive and very good at what he does. My pain disappeared completely
