Great experience with Beach Cities! Staff was incredibly warm, took the time to explain everything, and were very responsive to all messages. Went with the ICL surgery - results were better than expected and recovery was a breeze. I should have done this several years ago!
If you're considering vision correction, Beach Cities Laser is the BEST. Dr Liu is one of the few doctors in the area who perform ICL surgery. Initially, I chose to see her based on her impressive credentials and the warm, transparent customer service of her staff. From my first interaction, Kate and Lawrence were absolute gems, making me feel welcomed and informed. Dr. Liu and her staff are all very nice and professional. The office is state-of-the art and clean. I came in to have Dr. Liu to a quick screening and my experience was 10/10. I would highly recommend anyone considering LASIK to go see Dr. Liu and see for themselves!
This office is very clean and nice just like the staff. From speaking with Katie taking my infomation to meeting Dr. Liu. Dr. Liu is very passionate about eye care for her patients. I highly recommend going here.
The SMILE procedure was a breeze. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Liu was very thorough, calming and made for a very quick and pleasant procedure.
