i had such a great experience w everyone from the beach cities laser vision team! Dr Liu was incredible thorough and precise and I am grateful for the personalized care I received. The whole team is such a dream to work w and now my vision is better then 20.20!!! Feels so wonderful to not have to pack contacts for any of my trips and to get to scuba dive without fear of contacts coming off
So thankful for Beach Cities. They were very thorough and accommodating, and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. Dr. Liu is exceptional at her job, and someone I completed trusted to handle my eyes. Their office and staff create a warm environment that makes you feel like you’re part of a small town community family. Highly recommend.
Dr. Liu has always gone way above and beyond for not just me, but also for the friends and family I've referred to her. When she diagnosed me with eye mites (something I didn't even know was possible) she and her office manager Katie worked with my insurance through at least three separate denials to get me a costly but much needed medication. Dr. Liu, Katie and Lawrence are the absolute best. I got my SMILE procedure done about 9 months ago and could not be happier. On a whim, I had decided I needed LASIK done before I went on my vacation in Europe. They were so kind to accommodate and make sure everything went smoothly before I departed.
