Waked into a clean bright office. Front desk was cordial and professional. Waited 15 minutes to be seen by the technician. He was very professional as he smiled. He asked relevant questions and gently positioned me for each X-ray. It was a very good experience.
Needed a MRI done and was referred to Beach Cities and was very pleased. The friendly staff was courteous and professional. The tech Ann that helped me was very knowledgeable and thorough. Ann was even sensitive towards my injury and my needs. They get 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽 for making my visit comfortable.Thank you for a great experience

I've had quite a few surgeries and procedures but this was my first time here. As soon as I arrived at the front desk I was surprised by the MALE staff member who came across as efficient, easy to understand and nice. I immediately felt comfortable. When I was called in, I was handed a HEATED and seemed like new, surgical gown by another pleasent staff member. Another first! The front office staff was very welcoming and friendly. My technician Monica was caring, sweet and obviously knows her job well! Thank you Beach Cities Advanced Imaging, for making my first ‘not so pleasant’ mammogram as pleasant as possible!
