Today was my first experience with Uma as my dental hygienist. It was FANTASTIC. She is personable, knowledgeable, and effective. She explains what she is doing while maintaining an awareness for her patient's discomfort.
The dentist and his staff are so wonderful. Great with my 3-year-old and with me! She already wants to come back. And the facilities are beautiful.
Late last year, my dentist stopped taking my dental insurance. I moved over to a new firm opening near my house. Ugh! My first visit, they took me back 45 minutes after my appt. They were disorganized, exam areas were lacking proper finishes and all of a sudden I needed all of this dental work. Begrudgingly, I made an appt to get the work done. They called and rescheduled. As always amazing customer service, welcomed by a familiar staff and an extremely professional check up. I love coming in which is weird because I've never really liked going to the dentist!! See you guys in 6 months for another cleaning and check up.
