Discussed a price on a simple task upon completion they had raised the price roughly 30%. When I asked about the change in price that it occurred over the last 20 minutes The individual had poor customer service skills and was not well spoken whatsoever thus contributing to a negative experience. I would not recommend this location for any repairs or servicing.
I soooo recommend this shop, excellent service, lovingly atmosphere. I needed a tuneup last minute, and they were able to take me in quick, knowledgeable, sufficient and reasonable. 6 stars Thank you Guy for your service, you are now officially my mechanics… Yoshua
Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called Friday to get a state inspection, and scheduled an appointment (yes, for an inspection) for Monday. Spoke with a very pleasant man. He sent a link and I told him I would see them Monday. When I arrived, I was greeted by a young man who informed me "they" did not have any June stickers and I would have to come back another day. First time using and was very pleased with the service we received. They fixed the air light sensor light, followed by a state inspection. The turn around was reasonable and the pricing was also comparable. The people who worked there were very nice and explained everything that needed to be done.
Ahmed was super helpful and professional. I called this morning asking if they could fit me in for a walk-in VA state inspection, and he got me taken care of quickly with no hassle. The whole process was smooth, fast, and the customer service was great. Definitely appreciate him helping me out on short notice highly recommend!
