I had a great experience with this repair shop. I needed to replace all of my engine mounts and called early in the morning to see if they could fit me in. They were able to get my vehicle in the same day, and I had it back later that afternoon, which was incredibly convenient. The price was very reasonable and fair compared to other quotes I received, but what really stood out was the customer service. Discussed a price on a simple task upon completion they had raised the price roughly 30%. When I asked about the change in price that it occurred over the last 20 minutes The individual had poor customer service skills and was not well spoken whatsoever thus contributing to a negative experience. I would not recommend this location for any repairs or servicing.
Car was in, not even a full day for new rotors & breaks. Great on the military discounts as well. Car was cleaned & made sure everything was topped off. Can’t thank them enough for the fast & efficiency in their work.
Beach Auto Repair started off a little rocky, but they absolutely finished strong with quality repair work and great service. The team was quick, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled the right way. BEWARE Of this place if I can give it a zero I would when I first got my car from here. I had no issues. Everything was smooth sailing. Everyone was very nice. No problems at all. I’ve only had this card for 10 months and the car has already stopped working when I took it to them. They gave me the runaround the first week.
