Richard was an awesome mechanic. I came in as a Walk in for brakes and there was no long wait. All the staff was professional and greet you. They made me feel acknowledged as soon as I got there. Richard was polite and professional, and my car was fixed faster than I expected. He even inspected other areas and let me know other work that need to be done in the future. I made an appointment for a state inspection, which was great because it's rare to find a shop that's open on Saturdays. The whole process was quick, easy, and very convenient. The staff was professional, precise, and had an exceptional work ethic. They made everything smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back!
Ahmed was super helpful and professional. I called this morning asking if they could fit me in for a walk-in VA state inspection, and he got me taken care of quickly with no hassle. I had a great experience with Beach Auto Repair! I first went in for a state inspection, and Jason, the inspector, noticed that my windshield had a crack that would cause the inspection to fail. Instead of letting me go through (and pay for) a failed inspection, he honestly advised me to fix it first and come back.
