I visited Be Still and Breathe for the first time today, and it was amazing! The dim lighting, zero gravity chairs, peaceful music, and salt made for an extremely relaxing experience. I can't wait to go back! Go try it...you won't be disappointed!
Today I had my first experience with a salt room. I have to say, it was amazing! As the mom of a three year old, I am often tired but can't relax enough to sleep. Between the zero gravity chair, the dim lighting, amazing soundtrack and the salt... I slept through most of my hour. For anyone worried about being able to feel the salt in the air, I couldn't and I was positioned pretty close to where the salt comes out. I can taste it on my fingers! We absolutely love the Salt Room experience. My children and I love the kids room & the adult from. It has really helped my daughter's asthma and sleeping - especially the salt lamp that we purchased for her bedroom! Sabrina is a pleasure and I'd recommend you give it a try to relax, ease tension & clear sinuses. I absolutely LOVED floating and would highly recommend it. Beautiful, calming environment. We've used the children's room twice, trying to clear up an ear infection, and my daughter loves it!
I will definitely be going back!! My daughter and I went because she suffers from chronic allergies and asthma, she loved it and said "mommy I can breathe so good." We could definitely tell a difference in how well we could be breathe after our session!!
Sabrina's knowledge was impressive. I didn't know what to expect, I had no knowledge of the benefits. I literally could tell a difference after 10 minutes of session starting. It continued all night and this morning, I had no idea I had so much mucous in my sinuses. So happy to be getting rid of it! I will definitely be going back. And super glad she is located here in Lebanon!
