I went on this afternoon after work. I was having allergy issues, especially with my ears and pressure in my head. My ears popped and my head began to clear during my session. I also noticed that I was breathing deeper than before the session. My ears felt much better after my session as well. This was my first experience in a salt room, but definitely not my last. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Today was our third visit to the salt room. Our allergies have been relieved and itchy dry skin is greatly calmed. The psoriasis is much improved and less irritated. Relaxation for us is a must and we both leave each session feeling refreshed and ultimately causes a better restful nights sleep. We will definitely make the salt room a lifestyle.
I went there today(re-turning Coustomer ) with out a appointment in need of relief of sinuses killing me and she got me right in I highly recommend this to anyone who wants all natural help. I am breathing fine and very grateful for just Breathe

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our first salt room experience at Be Still and Breathe Salt Room. Sabrina was very helpful & did an excellent job answering all of our questions. We left feeling very relaxed & rejuvenated. We will definitely be back!

Kids went in with a typical gross green snotty nose. Next day.... no coughs and clear snot! I say a win/win for salt room therapy!
