Absolutely amazing experience. Just close your eyes and you will be at the beach without the long drive. It has helped my pneumonia. My sleep has been wonderful.
A wonderful experience! Very relaxing and I walked out refreshed! We love Sabrina and are planning to come back soon! Today was the first of many visits! It was wonderful! So peaceful and relaxing. I was actually breathing better thru my nose with just this first visit. So glad I found out about the salt room here in Lebanon!
It was a really great experience. Very nice lady up front helping me as this was my first time going. I definitely did feel better after going even one time. Sinuses were much clearer!
We had our first visit today and we will be back! It was so relaxing. My son enjoyed the playroom with his dad, and I enjoyed a session in the adult room. I'm already seeing some benefits. I'd recommend you give this a try, especially if you have any respiratory or sinus issues. I'm so glad that Lebanon has something like this.

Absolutely loved our experience at the Be Still and Breathe Salt Room this evening!! The ladies there were wonderful and very knowledgable and our experience was so relaxing and rejuvenating. We will definitely be back!
