I took my 18 month old because he was severely congested and after one therapy treatment, he was so much better! We will definitely be visiting again, many times.
I wasn't feeling good at all last week and they was able to get me in quickly. The environment is wonderful and the rooms are so nice. I felt a relief after 25 minutes in the salt room. Everyone should try it at least once!!
My husband bought me a gift certificate for my birthday. I'd never been to a salt room before so I didn't know what to expect. It was very relaxing; the sound of the ocean, the dim lighting. I was in the room by myself and I was wearing shorts and a tank top. There was a difference between the covered skin and the uncovered skin. My back wasn't itching like normal. My right nasal passage cleared and later on during the day, the left nasal passage cleared. I will go back for some more pampering!
This was my first visit to the salt room. I most DEFINATELY will be going back soon. Very peaceful and relaxing. So glad I went.

It really works!! I was able to breathe better and slept better also. The added bonus is how relaxed you are when you leave . Sabrina is so knowledgeable about salt therphy.

Today was my first visit, went with a group of ladies from church. The place was attractive, clean and the staff very friendly and informative. It was very relaxing, with the lights dim and the sound of the ocean, I have been bothered for a couple weeks with an irritated spot in my throat and sooo glad to say it's gone. I will be returning and have already started getting a family group together. Two of my great grandchildren have problems with sinus or allergy, I plan to take them also.
