My daughter was there 3 weeks ago and paid $200 for the discount that was good for 12 months. Also paid $85 for X-rays. Scheduled over $5,000 of dental work with an appointment for last Thursday. She took 2 days off work and when she arrived they were closed down!! Been calling since then. No answer. Called both the payson and cottonwood office. No answer. I have been to a lot of dentists as due to my career I am having to move all over the country. BCC Dentistry are truly professionals and very compassionate when it comes to the comfort of their patients. I have recommended many to BCC and will continue to do so.....
Worst dentist I've been to very uncompassionate very hard to understand so if you want to know what your dentist is saying to you don't go hear the male receptionist they out there sometimes you never know if you're going to get someone or not is downright rude I would highly recommend searching out a different dentist location in Prescott I'm pretty sure any of them are better than this place
Would not take responsibility for a crown he, Mr M, put in. And without inspecting a tooth needing a filling said it was 4 sides. Another dentist said it was 2 sides filled it and charged appropriately. this clinic has had many dentist pass through there recently. I'm speaking of Mr. Massoud.
I have Finally found a Dentist that they Know what they R Doin !! Plus Every1 there R Very Kind , Sweet!! I wish I could of found them along time ago,, CUZ I won't have 2 get A 2nd NEW partials,, The 1's I have NOW hurt, don't fit right etc, With the New 1's r a life change ���� I'm So Very Pleased,, U Can't bet them or go Wrong ,,, My # 1 Dentist 4 Life ����✨‼️‼️‼️‼️
