I’ve been to venues in Orlando, Tampa & this BB&T Center in the last 3 weeks and I would recommend any venue in Orlando or Tampa over this one. Customer service is horrible - all around. Seating is screwed up (on many different levels). Baggage policy is a joke. You can’t bring in a small clear bag, but you can bring in a purse? No. Just. No.
