Exceptional staff makes this the best venue to host and watch any event. The acoustics and cleanliness is also top notch.

I attended the Il Volo concert on 2/22. I have not been to BB&T Center in the past and was surprised to find that the floor seats that I had in section 7 had a completely obstructed view to the stage. The venue should’ve better planned how they laid out the folding chairs for the rows. They were placed one directly behind the other...instead of staggering the seats so as to provide a view of the stage, instead of the back of the head of the person seated in front of me.
Loved it here! Parking is easier than the AAA.
