We saw Cirque du Soleil which was a fantastic show. The venue was the only takeaway. We walked through the parking lot up to the arena, only to be told purses had to be less than 12 inches square. My wife walked back to the car, put her purse in the trunk and put her wallet and a few pieces of make-up in a plastic bag. She walked back, and we went in, only to be told that no plastic bags could come into the building. Their Communications Department is clearly lacking. Who knew? Won't go back.

This venue is the worst. It would be bad if it wasn’t for the staff. It’s very unorganized and the staff is always rude! One show I went to the people working there in red shirts was kicking people’s feet if they were touching the tape on the floor. This is also the ONLY venue I’ve been too where they won’t even let you stand on the opposite side of the road by the buses. They threaten to call the cops (which just drive by). I was at the Queen + Adam Lambert concert last night. One of the most important concerts of the more than 200 concerts I’ve attended. What happened? The lights covered the screens so those of us who were in the 300 sections could not see the band because they looked so small, and were deprived from seeing them on the screen because of the lights. I have attended dozens of concerts in this venue and have never had this happen and was livid. When we bought the tickets we were not told the view would be obstructed. How on earth... read more
