We just had the most ridiculous experience. We were going to the Jurassic Park event and we just left. People from the BB&T center were so rude with us, the manager was even worse. They told us we cannot go in with my back pack, (very small back pack) Ok, we understand that. I came here before (Disney on ice event) and they allowed my back pack. I could go to our truck and left my back pack but the attitude of the workers from BB&T Center scared my son so bad that he cried and he said "mom I don't wanna come back there". Nev... read more
RecommendedExcited for our up coming show & how lucky to have venue locally to host in South Florida!! However, purchasing family event tickets: should not involve such easy scamming ticket sales of people. Currently out $175 because of. The company below has many cross routing number & they hang up on once have your money: by then its too late.

The have the most ridiculous rules I have ever seen! ZERO COMMON SENSE!! My mom has a super small backpack purse like 6inch x 4inch and removed the straps and they didn’t let us in!! The manager let enter some people he knows with bags way bigger than 12inch x 12inch. Such a bad experience! BB&T you should rethink your no sense policies. No wonder why you have attendance problems!
