Went to see Pink last night. Completely missed the opening number due to the security incompetence of the BB&T. I was in section 5 floor 5th row - when the show was about to start, some other loser was claiming my seat with fake tickets, so they took me out only to find out that MY tickets were the real ones. By the time i was escorted back to my seat, the entire first song was over. GREAT SHOW but I can’t believe I missed the opening because of your team. I’m still pissed!

/i spend almost 300 for a ticket to see Pink last night on the floor, and in the middle of the show the security ask me to leave and until now I don't know why, desperately rude I ask her like 20 times what did I do, and she didn't tell me, never ever comeback again, your employees needs better training and politeness, and this was not the first time, I went to see Amy Schumer 2y ago and the staff was so rude with people, you are not doing me any favor I paid to be there so my money you will never see again.. try to learn wi... read more

everything is massively over priced even considering it's an arena.... seating is horrible if you're tall... over 6'4" you may not fit in the seat...Pink was amazing though

I am copying another review because it is exactly my experience. “Awful attitudes from security and extreme overpolicing of handbag policy which is way to restrictive to begin with. First and last visit.” and would like to add that if you don’t allow backpack purses you should actually tell people before hand.
