Your security staff leads a lot to be desired. They don’t know how to treat people. I will never go to another event at BBT I go to Amalie and Amway and are treated very differently.
The seats are not big hip people friendly.

Train staff how to treat GUESTS and not just jump to rudely demean someone over the size of a bag. It is unnecessary and situations vary. It is not a school or prison, we are guests and pay to be there to ENJOY an event. I was treated like trash because I tried to minimize and stuff my kids needs in a small purse but a diaper bag would've been an exception which no one explained or even took the time to notice I had a bottle and diapers stuffed into smallest purse I could find.
Worst experience ever... my personal Purse cannot bring it with me.. you should send a notification or something to the customer or put it on ticketmaster.. you cannot assume customer looks at your website.. many customers were upset about it. Also i have problems with my knee and the checking point is far from the entrance. One of the ladies were rude interrupting my conversation while I was talking to my husband.. what the heck! I’M PISSED. ��
