RecommendedI am happy with the new security process. The venue emailed very specific rules and we followed them. Safety is my 1st priority and I appreciate the extra steps, if it takes 30 minutes longer to enter the concert then we will arrive 30 minutes early and wear comfortable shoes for the wait.
Concert great - purse policy and staff rude and abnoxious. I knew the purse policy before attending and actually measured my purse to be sure I was in compiance but they wanted to argue about it and still wouldn't allow me to bring it in. Total jerks....I wouldn't recommend this place to any woman.
Parking was surprisingly easy (although $20), I read through the security guidelines beforehand and downgraded my purse bc if it's too big you have to check it outside (back in car or they have a service). Granted this wasn't a huge show (Shania Twain), but I was through security in about 2 minutes! Ushers helped me find my seat entrance and I thought the show was great. Didn't blow my ears off but still great sound. Will be back!

We saw JT in concert last night & the staff in the Lexus Club was AMAZING! My better half is on crutches & the entire team was beyond accommodating and made sure he was taken care of you. I would hands down go to the BB&T over American Airlines Arena for any show, concerts etc. If your a person needing accommodation this is THE best place to enjoy a show while being treated with respect. Kudos!
