Worst experience ever... my personal Purse cannot bring it with me.. you should send a notification or something to the customer or put it on ticketmaster.. you cannot assume customer looks at your website.. many customers were upset about it. Also i have problems with my knee and the checking point is far from the entrance. One of the ladies were rude interrupting my conversation while I was talking to my husband.. what the heck! I’M PISSED. ��
Security staff so nasty!!!! Security rules about backpacks ridiculous!!!
Thanks to BB&T and friendly staff for upgrading my tickets for 6/24/18 Train and Hall & Oates concert! It was an awesome surprise!

I am happy with the new security process. The venue emailed very specific rules and we followed them. Safety is my 1st priority and I appreciate the extra steps, if it takes 30 minutes longer to enter the concert then we will arrive 30 minutes early and wear comfortable shoes for the wait.
