If i could leave less than 1 star I would. I absolute love Dr Crenshaw, but their office is a joke. Never pick up the phone, I had a telehealth apt and the link was not working so I called to let them know and once they FINALLY did pick up they said it was too late to see me and charged me a 200 dollar cancellation fee. After speaking to a manager and showing her the proof of this and crying because I really needed that money for school, they still refused to fix it. Trying to get a new appointment was on hold transferee twice out of medicine first appointment August need sooner transferred three times never had a problem till today need a sooner appointment
I have never been treated so badly in my life. The doctor was rude and treated me with disrespect. When I figure out who and how to report her I will.
Horrible. The therapist I saw, Tina Baker, has a nasty tendency to write off everything I tell her. And on top of that, she recommended that I start going to church. To add more to this, one of the nurses for Dr. Wanda Whitton left me locked in one of the telehealth visit rooms for upwards of thirty minutes after the visit was over. Mind you, I have muscular dystrophy and can't use my hands. That was a traumatic experience for me, which I told Tina about, and she just said "Have the nurse check in on you next time."
