Do your phones actually work or are they merely for decoration? Called this place multiple times on their multiple lines with no response and no callback. Also attempted to visit in person and there was no one on ground. An automatic F for communication and responsiveness.
I love living at the Baystate! The rooftop is truly spectacular, and I wish it could be open all year. Also, Alicia and Felix take great care of us.

Alicia and Felix at Baystate are amazing! Their management, work ethics, professionalism, hospitality, service and expertise are worth moving to Baystate. Add living in a historic Art Deco building right in the center of DC embassy row.
