Absolutely love living here. It’s friendly, clean, a fantastic location and close to two metro lines. The park is nearby and everything you may need is in walking distance. Alicia is a wonderful manager and always is kind and helpful. Laundry is always open, as well as the gym. Everything is well maintained.
Do your phones actually work or are they merely for decoration? Called this place multiple times on their multiple lines with no response and no callback. Also attempted to visit in person and there was no one on ground. An automatic F for communication and responsiveness.
I love living at the Baystate! The rooftop is truly spectacular, and I wish it could be open all year. Also, Alicia and Felix take great care of us.
