our entire stay was horrible,. we were moved around 3 rooms in 2 days,. there was no water pressure,. most of the rooms were unfinished,. the door sills were missing, peeling paint,. the shower trim was talking off,. we are promised a 20-30% discount and we're only given a $25.00 credit....that's far from 25% ,on $770 bill. it ruined our vacation,. save yourself and don't do it. even to this day, "management" will Not call back.
NEVER EVER do i request refunds, but this place..... i had to! Clerk upon arrival was rude and dismissive. Came back later to check in and OMG! So, it’s New Years weekend, rates are outrageous everywhere but this is no better than a Motel 6 and we paid 300+ for a room. There was left over food in our fridge, dirt and “Stuff” on our shower curtain, no phone service and no tv service (well 1 channel). Like the other low reviews dark dingy rooms, hot water had little to no pressure, chewed gum in the ice bucket, dirty sheets, we decided to go rent someplace else and they refused to refund us for unused nights. There are much better places in the Keys for same money.
Love the little beach beside the motel. This has been a great spot to relax and drink beer. The room has been clean and cool. Staff has been very nice and helpful.
It’s very dirty, the pool is full of mold. Could be a nice place if they cleaned it up.
