Great view, friendly staff, comfortable room and nice pool but please, you cannot call that a beach and you really need to improve cleaning: we found dust in our room (and I'm not talking about a thin layer...) and a dry dead bug near the TV. Chairs by the pool are mouldy, hardly dared to lie down with only a towel protecting me. I really hope you cleaned the fans in the breakfast area (by the way, breakfast is not so bad, the real problem is that tables are enough for max 20 people a time): I took pictures of spider webs th... read more
This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this hotel. Rooms are always clean and the staff is always helpful. Love the sunsets off of the dock in the back and the music from next door is relaxing after a day of sight seeing. See you next time.
We stayed here for one night travelling between Key West and Miami, thankfully it was only one night, the rooms were less than inspiring, the stench of bleach when we checked in was overpowering, if i ever make it back to the Keys this is one place i will avoid.
If negative stars was an option, thats what this would be. DO NOT STAY HERE! A garbage dump would have better service and quality!
Paradise! Lovely place, lovely people the most awesome sunsets! Great stay inspite the Hurricaine disaster a couple weeks ago. Very relaxing!
