DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I used AirBNB for my reservation. (RoomPicks by Victoria). I was planning on driving the keys with my boyfriend for the holiday weekend. We arrived in Miami and stayed there for 1 night. Planning on stopping overnight in Key Largo for a night and ending up in Key West. When we tried to check in, the front desk clerk acted like she had NO idea what I was doing there. And claimed to have no reservation in my name. I made a reservation to celebrate my 60th birthday at this hotel when everything had opened back up and was charged in full. Since the that time our state governor as well as my employer has enforced a mandatory quarantine once returning from a few particular states. Florida being one due to their Covid numbers and shut downs. I don’t think words can describe how wonderful this place was to stay. But I’ll try. For starters we had hotel reservations for a month at another resort but on our flight down they for canceled. (That’s another story 😡) but we lucked up and found this gem 💎. We ended up having to rent 2 rooms, not a huge deal we had 8 people. Gorgeous location on the bay! Rooms were clean and comfortable- pool was available as well as kayaks and lawn games- right next door to Snook’s bayside dining.

Staff is horrible but its cheap
The rooms are amazing, nice and clean. The staff is super friendly, the sushi restaurant right next to the office is a must go to.

Bayside Inn Key Largo is perfectly situated on the bay and within walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. Highlights included our lovely bay room view, drinks and lunch at Bayside Bar and Grille, dinner at Maki Sushi & Thai (exceptional sushi!!!!), and breakfast at Sharkey's.

Stayed two nights...supposed to be at 50% capacity due to Corona virus and this place is BOOKED! Elevators are broken and we have a disabled person with us and we’re on the 2nd floor! No bathroom soap or shampoo just empty bottles, no safety lights outside in the hallways at night, no free breakfast as advertised. Today the toilet was broken and they had no maintenance person to fix it. My husband had to go get a plunger on his own! Very dirty! Check out the full parking lot!
