Everyone is very professional, very prompt as well which is so hard to find! Very communicative and helpful on the UPMC app as well, now called MyChart. Our family sees CRNP Victoria Camilleri, she is the best! Very engaged and knowledgeable at our appointments, also open to hearing our concerns and never makes us feel silly or uncomfortable for voicing them. I’m so happy our family has found this hidden gem!
Honestly I don't normally post any reviews at all and if I could put zero stars I would. I went to Dr Beck for a really long time since I was 6 or 7 years old. Well she removed me from her service which is totally her decision but how she went about it was rude and unprofessional. Dr. Beck has been my Dr for over 13 yrs now and I have yet met any one so great as her ! She listens , very caring , loving and get down to the bottom of whatever it is needed to be done! She’s not only my Dr she’s like my therapist too and my whole family including my son goes to her . I love her soooo much ! I recently went to see Nurse Practioner Victoria Camilleri at Bayside Family Medicine. We moved to Erie and found a caring professional. (Not always please to find) Very thorough. Listened. Addressed concerns. Definitely recommend Victoria Camille's and the staff.
