Very disappointed that they would let a 14 yr old dog suffer b/c he was not a current client...
When I first changed vets I was so happy with Bayshore. But threw the years every time I go there people (mostly the vets) are not very nice and have a better than you attitude. Also very disappointed that I use to go in there and not feel robbed of my money. Now I just got charged for a ear recheck! Seriously all she did was look in his ears tell me they were fine and charge me $35 for the visit and $1.75 for the little plastic piece she used! I loved this place! The woman my dog and I deal with is amazing. She's hands on and is an absolute doll! Bear really likes her! The prices arent that bad either! My dog has to get a steroid shot and allergy shot every three months and it's only around 35$ I HIGHLY recommend this vet.
I am very disappointed that because our cat is not a patient with you, his life does not matter enough to be seen after hours. So we are currently driving an hour to greenbay so he can be looked at after a horrific attack by a dog. Huge gashes and blood. But not your patient so not important. Thank you for absolutely nothing!

I love Bay Shore and the staff. My boys love going to vet. They pull me to the door when we arrive. They love Dr. Firnett...she is the best!
