Service advisors/managers do NOT follow instructions when dealing with customers using a fleet management company. They were told explicitly to call if the management company gave any denials and they didn’t which created a safety risk and lead to lost work days. If you value your vehicle being be returned in the same state you left it, go elsewhere.
We own a few ford Transit's for our business. The service department always gets us in and out and understand that we have a business to run. Have delt with a couple other Ford dealerships in the area and can say for sure that Bayshore Ford always can get us in and takes care of us.
Good parts guys they know what they're doing just ford prices are expensive
