ELEVATOR WAS A PROBLEM...HALL WAY WAS EXTRA COLD ....AND NO JACUZZI....STAFF WAS EXTRA NICE....BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND ROOMS WAS SUPER NICE...
This was the nastiest, grossest hotel I have ever stayed at. Most of the room wasn't clean. Had to be switched to a second room because the first was so bad. The whole place was just not taken care of. Please find a different hotel if you ever stay in Columbia.
The AC works & so does the friendly staff. Other family members having the opposite experience at another nearby location for this chain.
Beautiful and comfortable. Very nice atmosphere. Very clean and good free breakfast every morning. Two thumbs up.
