Very rude charge you more money at check then stated on your reservation
needs updates room are dirty the whole place is dirty but the beds were soft and I found no bed bugs . housekeeping needs more training to be fair I am a vice president for a commercial cleaning company in Indianapolis so I can be very picky I would not recommend a stay here
because the staff that is here now is very disrespectful got to talk to them they get to speaking in their language and then they want to stare and talk about you in their language
place needs to be updated the ceiling had stains on it in room ,the chair and couch was dirty and stained up the elevator had dirty spots all over the walls ,they left bags of garbage outside rooms and the entrance way door over night. pool had no water in it ... just bad!!
Don’t come here. Mold on the walls and I had bedbugs in my bed. They were in my sister’s bed too. I want ALL MY MONEY BACK. NEVER NEVER AGAIN IN THIS LIFETIME!
BED BUGS! I left with about 20 bites! Hotel refuses a refund as well.
