The air conditioner was broken in our room (100* temperatures this weekend). It spilled the water that is supposed to drain outside into our room and the floor had a 3 foot radius of wet carpet surrounding it. The hallways were scorching hot/muggy/humid and damp. The elevator was broken for some of the stay. Our bathtub was dirty upon arrival. There were 2 towels allowed for a room suited for 4 guests. Exercise equipment was out of order. We are in town for a tournament. Check in was fine. We got to the room and was clean. However there were only 2 towels in a room for 4 people. It has taken me an hour to get a response of the front desk to get more towels! The front desk is busy, probably full today, but apparently they only have one person working the whole thing... Not good service at all!
Stay was terrible was there for a baseball tournament this month - greeted with a list of dont's or we will call the cops. Employees have mastered the eye roll there overheard people complaining about bed bugs then employee told them how do we know you didn't bring them in (really nice) then people in our group on the 4th floor had welts all over from the bugs.
