Under construction. Dirty. Really awful mattresses and sheets. Not as advertised.
Had to make three calls over a two hour period to the front desk about the noise from the room above us and demand that someone come to our room to here it. Ridiculous.
The room above our room was very disrespectful and loud. Called the front desk for them to address it and nothing changes. Called the front desk again to have the hotel manager hang up on me. So I went down to address him in person and he threatened me that he would throw me and my family out. So unprofessional.
We stayed here this past weekend and it was terrible. Rooms weren’t ready until well after 3pm. We were told the pool had too much urine in it, and so they had added too many chemicals to it. (After our kids had chemical welts on their skin)There were no towels and we were told the housekeeping staff had quit so we wouldn’t be able to get new ones. My daughter got stuck in the elevator. RecommendedOur stay was very pleasant. Had a quiet room on the 3rd floor
We stayed in a king bed room on a Thursday night. Room was large, bed was comfy. Hallways were quiet at night and we slept well. Everything worked as it should. We didn't swim, but the pool area was neat and clean. Hot breakfast was good. Staff were very polite and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
It’s clean and the pool area is big. We will come back again for sure.
Room had an odor of musk and mildew.
