It was a little far out but it was a nice place to stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived before the 3 pm check in but they were able to get us into our room. Hot tub and pool were great and the breakfast was good.
Bed was lumpy and slanted and breakfast wasn't good French toast was hard and sausage was cold
I've seen quite a few negative reviews, but in my opinion, the service that my fiancé and I experienced was AMAZING! The hotel/ Jacuzzi sweet we had was awesome and above our expectations and the staff were also excellent! If any of the staff by some chance read this, my fiancé and I would like to thank each and every one of you for your hard work and for making our stay unforgettable. House keeping sure has some cuties and front desk is very on top of things... Thanks Cidney...
Rooms need some repair, however the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Spent three nights and rested well. The pool and hot tub was very nice. The one bad thing is all outside key card readers do not work. So anykne can just walk into hotel without being a guest.
People just really walked into our hotel room! We just got back into the room from the pool like 3 mins then another family walked in using a key the front desk gave them for this room! I called down an I asked them what if we was still out of the room when they walked in an my wallet and laptop was missing she said well they wouldn't of taken anything they would of seen your stuff and left i said how do you know that! Our flight was cancelled. These people were wonderful to the 150 or so people that descended on them. Thank You! God Bless you!
It's such a nice place, friendly workers. Clean... Fun at pool.. Free breakfast.. Can't wait there's go back.
