Well For One They Have The Thinnest Walls. And I Jus Received A Refund Bc They Have Bed Bugs 😭 And Roaches Real Life.. So If You Plan On Staying Bring Bug Spray

Breakfast was empty by 9:15am No utensils, beverages. Very disappointed. Areas where dirty. Will never recommend to any of my friends or family.

Do not stay here, mold on ceiling in bathroom, no lights plugged into walls (had to move furniture so we have lights in room), no wash cloths, broke chair, sink did not drain, TV remote not working, key cards for outside door not working, trash on room floor in room & so called breakfast had black bananas with hard stale biscuits. Employees attended said not there problem & to contact General Managers, we did this but have received on response from him. Dirty dirty dirty
The front desk clerk Nadine was rude to myself and to other patrons. She acted like we were wasting here time to check in and ask questions. There was mold in the bathroom, door safety latch was missing, furniture in disrepair, A/C was barely working, elevator was sketchy, only 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 4 people, pool didnt look clean or smell like chlorine. 1 of the lights in the room didnt work at all, and the other had to be plugged in and unplugged to work. We were woken up by housekeeping barging in the room. Then we get a snobby call from the front desk saying we had to vacate the room IMMEDIATELY because our mom (who was staying in a different room but all under the same name) checked out. Turns out it was the room on the floor below us that checked out, not us! It could’ve been handled with more professionalism. I Stayed At This Hotel For My Daughters 1st Birthday , It Had To Be The WORST EXPERIENCE! Yes The Front Desk Staff Was Nice But The Beds We’re Hard , The Staff Refused To Let My Nieces Take Their Breakfast Back To The Room & My Neice Was Ate Alive By Bedbugs !!!! Bedbugs On The Lamp Shade Then A Couple Other Customers We’re Complaining About Mold In The Rooms.
Staff was very nice but everything else was not. Dirty and the 2nd floor smelled like pot. Keys didn’t always work.
