Staff was very friendly and helpful even though I was unhappy about missing my flight. I think a vending machine would be better than the room they have for vending that u have to pay for at the desk.
Bedbugs beware!!!! And they won't do anything about them. Would not recommend staying here.
My friend and I stayed in room 226 on 8/23/2017 And at 4am I awoke to a bedbug(I have a pic). We notified the clerk and she wasnt too impressed with our call. When we checked out we also reported it to the daytime clerk, she assured us the room was scheduled to be closed once we checked out. My friend contacted Expedia as that is who she booked the room through, the hotel denied any knowledge of the bedbug report!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!
Staff was exceptional at the desk..housekeeping was a little pushing about us leaving b4 checkout time so they could clean our room..beds were very firm..pillows flat..needed more than 1 small trashcan..and TV was lower than beds. Pool and hot tub were excellent but needed a trashcan in the pool area. Enjoyed our stay..kids loved it
We have family in Groveport and stay here a few times a year. This visit the normal breakfast area was under construction. No the food isn't restaurant quality but you're not eating at a restaurant! Creaky floors and loud guests on our floor. Beds are comfy and the rooms aren't bad for sleeping in, since that's all we did in them.
The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. We always come back to Baymont while visiting Ohio.
Pool was not deep enough. Rooms were poorly cleaned. Rooms were tiny as well. Almost got stuck in the elevator. Elevator needs maintenance. Beds were not comfortable. Get an actual TV stand for your tvs or mount them to the wall. Beds were higher than the tv. Breakfast was horrible and needs a serious upgrade. It's hard to mess up potatoes but they managed to do it. On a positive note I enjoyed Columbus.
