Rooms were very comfortable and the staff was friendly. Location is great for the traveler. Breakfast is lacking flavor and options (e.g., the sausage had absolutely no flavor).
Due to NO fault of the staff or hotel, we had to cut our stay short. The staff was so accommodating and helpful, truly going above and beyond to provide top notch customer service. Rooms and public spaces were clean and as expected. My family would happily return to this hotel, thanks in large part to the two kind staff members that made our short stay such an enjoyable experience!
Absolutely amazing staff! I accidentally booked a king room, not suite, and the front desk was very kind and understanding.
