Paid for a king suite with the whirlpool tub. The jets barely work. Some red mesh fabric came flying out of one of them. The room itself wasn't cleaned properly, the tub had hair and soap suds. There was hair by the whirlpool tub. No do not disturb card. The fitness room was unavailable, the hot tub was out of order and the elevator was out of service. The room was a little dated but the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this place, our stay was pleasant.
