The staff here were very helpful and friendly as was the doctor. I really appreciated that Dr. Monica Brown took the time to make sure I was getting the clearest prescription that I could get both for my glasses and contacts. I definitely recommend them!
Set an appointment for an eye exam, took off half a day to make sure I had enough time. They never even had me scheduled! Told them I would wait all day if needed because I need to get it done and I already took off work, kept telling me "Dr. was too busy to see me today and they don't want to bother the Dr. to ask". Was a returning customer, and will never go there again!
Not only is she just the sweetest little thing but a fabulous doctor! I have been seen by Dr. Brown way long ago before she opened her practice, now her practice is the only place I would go!
Dr Brown is very trusting, you can count on her giving you the best service she knows how and beyond, she is very caring, and makes you fell like you are important to her and some what like Family. The staff is awesome, very friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and gives you the best and accurate service, very easy going... Baymeadows Vision you rock..
I have been going to Baymeadows Vision Center for several years. When Dr. Brown took over from Dr. Armitage, it was a very smooth transition. She is very friendly and thorough and the staff pleasant and helpful.
Dr. Brown delivers great care, and the staff is very good.
