I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Brown this morning. I had not been for an eye exam in quite some time, Dr. Brown and her staff did an amazing job helping me understand what’s going on with my vision and how to best take care of myself for the future. I can’t wait to pick up my glasses and appreciate all the help Jackie and team provided in narrowing my decision�
Dr. Monica Brown and her staff are the absolute best! I have been with Baymeadows Vision Center over 10 years. Thank you Dr Monica Brown for taking such good care of my eyes over these past few years and for helping me find the perfect contact lenses for my vision! Also love the team helping folks find the best eye glass frames. Its difficult to find just the right frame and their suggestions and advise are invaluable.
I don't usually give reviews but I want to let Dr. Brown and her staff know what an awesome job they have done. From the time I made my appointment to getting my box of contacts in the mail, everything was phenomenal. Even getting rescheduled through the hurricane, they were patient with me and always followed up. It took longer than normal for me to get in for my appointment and even longer to order my contacts and the staff was nothing but nice through it all. We are new to Jacksonville and were in need of a vision center and look on my husband plan from where he worked and found Baymeadows Vision Center. I am so glad we chose them.
