They charge $200+ for taking Height and Weight only. This place is a money grab and more like a factory that prioritizes moving cattle in and out as fast as possible. Avoid at all costs
Don’t know anything about the doctors, but trying to get some helpful information out of the front desk lady, Rachel, was enough to make me never try to set anything up with this office again. Made me wonder how she possibly helps anyone over the phone when she’s too busy interrupting them and trying to figure out ways to avoid doing her job the whole time.
I took off work to make time for an appointment my girlfriend had, we had the confirmation number for the appointment and everything, we double checked to see if they took amerigroup and both times they said "yes" so color me surprised when we get there and they do not have her in the system because the info was missing, the info we filled out online that wont let you go to the next page unless everything is filled out.
