This was the worst hospital I have been in. The ER staff was very rude I waited 6 hrs before I was admitted. Did not get a room till 2:30 AM!!!!! The nurse's on the floor I was on were very rude also... I hope I never have to go back to that Hospital..., The only reason I gave it a 1is because no lower number.....
Just got released this afternoon after beeing there three days even though I was a 120 miles from home the hospital and staff were great
The people here are nice and professional. I was treated for a seizure that I had and ended up having to stay a few days. They made sure I was comfortable and informed. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.

So thankful for great Doctors, nurses and staff in the antepartum, labor & delivery & NICU departments ❤ we got the best care during hard times! They are like family!!!
I was in the ER on Wednesday. I received excellent care from my nurses and my physician.

This hospital is THE WORSE HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! And if u complain, it falls on deaf ears they say it's not their staff it's always the patients.
Everyone at this hospital is AMAZING! Every nurse, tech, doctor who I've come in contact with has treated me with such dignity and explained everything to me in detail. The hospital rooms are comfortable and spacious, I feel like I've been at a resort the last couple days. (Just missing the lazy river) Thank you Baylor Grapevine Staff!
